Grizzlies y Clippers empatan sus eliminatorias

Los de Memphis empataron la eliminatoria tras llevar el encuentro a la prórroga.El equipo angelino ganó por 40 puntos de diferencia a los Warriors.

Memphis Grizzlies 111-Oklahoma City Thunder 105: 

Buen partido de los Grizzlies que lograron la 

victoria en casa de Durant e Ibaka. El partido estuvo muy igualado en todas las facetas. Perkins anotó la canasta que forzaba la prórroga. En el tiempo extra, los de Memphis lograron anotar 7 puntos más que su rival y se alzaron con la victoria. Hasta cuatro jugadores de los Grizzlies superaron la barrera de los 15 puntos. Randolph con 25 puntos fue el máximo anotador de los de Tenesee. Marc Gasol 16 puntos y 7 rebotes. En los Thunder Durant y Westbrook fueron los líderes con 36 y 29 puntos cada uno. Serge Ibaka cuajó una buenísima actuación con 15 puntos, 11 rebotes y 5 tapones. La eliminatoria se traslada ahora a Memphis, donde se disputarán los dos siguientes encuentros.


Golden State Warriors 98- Los Ángeles Clippers 138: 

Espectacular partidazo que pudimos ver en el Staples Center. Los angelinos salieron a por todas tras la derrota en el primer partido. El encuentro llegó al descanso con los Clippers 25 arriba en el marcador. Y lo mismo sucedió en los dos últimos cuartos, los Clippers no dejaron de pisar el acelerador y acabaron el encuentro 40 puntos arriba. Blake Griffin fue la figura del partido al anotar 35 puntos en 30 minutos. El ala pívot estuvo bien secundado por Granger (15 puntos), Turkoglu y Barnes (13puntos). Por parte de los Warriors, solo Curry estuvo a la altura tras anotar 24 puntos. La serie llega empatada a Oakland donde se jugarán los dos próximos partidos.

The Memphis Grizzlies played a great game at Durant’s home. The game was so equaled in every aspect. Perkins scored the last 2 points that sent the game to the extra time. There, the Grizzlies scored 7 points more than the Thunder thus obtaining the victory. Even four Memphis’ players scored more than 15 points. Randolph with 25 points was the top scorer. Marc Gasol added 16 points and 7 rebounds. Durant and Westbrook were the leaders of the Thunder with 36 and 29 points each one. Serge Ibaka played an impressive game with 15 points, 11 rebounds and 5 blocks. The series move to Memphis where the next two games will be played.

And the same occurred in the last two quarters. The Clippers continued pressing the accelerator and ended the game by 40 points. Blake Griffin was the star of the game with 35 points in 30 minutes. He was helped by Granger (15 points), Turkoglu and Barnes (13 points). By Warriors, only Curry was at the height after scoring 24 points. The series move to Oakland where the Warriors will try to beat the Clippers.

Durant-Anthony players of the month

First time in this year Carmelo achieves this award. Third consecutive award for Kevin Durant.

Meanwhile, Kevin Durant has achieved his third consecutive trophy as the best player of the Western Conference. During the last month, the player scored 35’9 points per game with an amazing shotting percentage of 55%. Besides, he scored more than 20 points in each of the 16 games he played; 30 or more points 13 times; 40 or more 5 times and more than 50 one time.

Primera vez este año que Carmelo recibe el premio al mejor jugador del mes. Por su parte, Durant recibe de forma consecutiva su tercer premio.

Las actuaciones de Carmelo Anthony, durante el mes de Enero, lo han llevado a la obtención del premio a mejor jugador del mes en la Conferencia Este. El jugador ha promediado 28’7 puntos y 9 rebotes además de tirar con un acierto del 49%. Entre sus actuaciones destaca la noche mágica del 24 de Enero, noche en la que consiguió anotar 62 puntos. Además, ha logrado encestar 25 puntos o más en 12 de los 16 partidos que disputó.

Por su parte, Kevin Durant ha logrado su tercer premio consecutivo como mejor jugador de la Conferencia Oeste. Durante el mes de Enero, el jugador consiguió 35’9 puntos por partido con un acierto de casi el 55%. Además, consiguió anotar más de 20 puntos en cada uno de los 16 partidos; 30 o más puntos en 13 ocasiones; 40 o más puntos en 5 partidos y más de 50 en una ocasión.

Miami y Oklahoma se enfrentan esta madrugada en el partidazo de la jornada.

Miami vs Oklahoma, o lo que es lo mismo, los dos mejores jugadores del planeta frente a frente.

Durant llega al partido tras un promedio de 43.3 puntos en sus tres últimos partidos. Además, hay que añadir el 67% en Tiros de campo y el 66,7% en tiros desde la línea de 3.

Por su parte Lebron y sus Heats llegan algo más relajados tras el show q protagonizaron en el ya tradicional Battioke. 

Lo cierto es que ambos jugadores, grandes amigos, llegan con gran ilusión al que promete ser uno de los partidos más emocionantes de la temporada regular.

Durant arrives at the game with an average of 43.3 points in his last three games. He is shooting 67% from the field and a huge 66, 7% from the three point line.

Meanwhile Lebron and the Heat are more relaxed after the show they gave on the traditional BAttioke.

The fact is that both players, great friends, come forward to the match that seems to be one of the most exciting of the regular season.

Durant guio a los Thunder en la victoria sobre los Hawks. Además anotó la canasta que le daba la victoria a falta de un segundo.

Lo que está haciendo Kevin Durant este año es brutal. Otro partido anotando más de 40 puntos y ya van 6 esta temporada. ¡Esta vez acabó con un 60% en tiros de campo!

Sin duda alguna, parece el único capaz de hacer sombra a Lebron James en la lucha por el MVP de la temporada. Sin embargo, Lebron está consiguiendo mejores porcentajes de tiro aunque está por debajo de su media de puntos por temporada. También es verdad que su técnico parece estar dosificándole para los playoffs.

Durant guided Thunders in the victory over the Hawks. He also scored the last 2 points that gave them the victory over Atlanta, with less than one second to play.

What Durant is doing this year is quite rough. It’s the sixth time in the season that he scores more than 40 points in a game. He ended the game with an incredible 60% from the field! 

Without any doubt, he seems to be the only one that can fight against Lebron for the MVP trophy. But, Lebron is achieving better field goals percentages, although he is below his career points average per game. It is also true that his coach seem to dose him for the playoffs.

All-Star Game lineups!

We know the starting lineups for the all-star game. Griffin, Curry, Love, Irving and Paul George are the novelties in the starting lineups.

Lebron James has been the most voted with 1.416.419, followed by Kevin Durant 1.396.294 and the breakout player Paul George with 1.211.318 .

So the starting lineups are the following:

East: Kyrie Irving, Dwayne Wade, Paul George, Carmelo Anthony and Lebron James. Lebron and Carmelo will play the role of power forward and center.

West: Stephen Curry, Kobe Bryant, Kevin Durant, Blake Griffin and Kevin Love. Kobe may decide not to go as he declared: "With all due respect to the fans who voted me in, and I certainly appreciate that ... but you've got to do the right thing as well. Lebron James ha sido el más votado con 1.416.419, seguido de Kevin Durant 1.396.294 y de la revelación de la temporada Paul George con 1.211.318.
